If your company has yachts in ownership, or yachts in management, then you belong under the Fleet Operator sector. If your charter company has yachts, and is also an agency, you still belong under this section and cannot be categorized as only an agent.

Fleet Operator visitor pass information:
- Valid for 3 days of B2B meetings from 9:00 - 18:00
- Valid for up to 5 business representatives
By holding a Visitor Pass, Fleet Operators can meet with:
- Shipyards and suppliers (more than 100)
- Broker agents and tour operators (more than 200)
- Other fleet operators (more than 200)
During the working hours of the expo, visitors can arrange meetings using the matchmaking software in several B2B lounges, as well as the exhibitor’s booths.

FAQ
A Fleet Operator is a company that owns or manages charter yachts (bareboat and/or crewed) or has a central booking in yacht charter industry. Even if you have only one yacht in your fleet and you are also working as a broker/charter agent, you are a Fleet Operator at ICE.
You can choose between a single booth (8m2), double booth (16m2) or a premium booth (32m2 + 4m2 storage) booth. After your online registration, we will present you with available booth positions in the layout according to your preferences defined in your registration. In addition to the booths, we also offer furntiure sets, TVs and other items which you might need for a successful time at ICE.

During the online registration process, there will be a possibility to write a “note to organizer”, including the preferred booth location or area. ICE team will send you the link to the official layout where you will be able to choose your booth location.
The ICE’24 layout is not public yet. ICE team can provide you with a link to it for oyu to choose your location for ICE’24 in Amsterdam.
The price of the Fleet Operator Visitor Pass is €700 per company (ex. VAT). It includes 3 days of B2B meetings at the expo at the EXPO Greater Amsterdam. Maximum 5 representatives can be registered with one Visitor Pass. In addition to the Business Visitor Pass, there is the participation fee per representative which is obligatory for each person and includes open bar all three expo days. Also, at least 1 matchmaking software account is obligatory so that you can pre-arrange your meetings in advance.
This surcharge is used to subsidize the cost of partcipation for Brokers, Agencies and Tour Operators at ICE’24. It helps us bring new Brokers with whome you can meet and connect with. One of our main focuses is to bring new agencies for you to meet and network with.
As usual, we take care of every aspect that you might need before, during and after the Expo. We offer extras such as graphics, furniture, open bar and drinks, matchmaking software for arranging B2B meetings, print of business cards etc. We also offer advertising in our yearly magazine which will be distributed at ICE’24, called Icebreaker.
Registrations during the expo will not be possible! Registrations are available ONLY through the online platform for registrations, MyICE. The deadline for registration is 10 days before the event.
ICE exhibitors and visitors can benefit from special ICE discounted prices. We have arranged special prices at 2 hotels near the EXPO Greater Amsterdam. Hotels are located in Hoofdort which is very close to the expo. To book your hotels you can use this link. There is a direct bus line from both hotels to the EXPO Greater Amstedam (only 10 minute ride).
Deadline for registration and ordering additional extras is October 30, 2024. After that period the registration form will be closed. Please note that for ordering furniture it is very important to order items as soon as possible. Some of the furniture might not be available due to limited quantities. If you ordered the graphics package, the deadline for sending ready print files that you would like to use on your booth walls; is the 15th of October.
After you submit your online registration form via MyICE, you will receive the link to your registration page. You can always visit your registration page and order new items and submit your registration again. There you will find your contract with the pro-forma invoice, guidelines, deadlines, requirements and reminders. All important information will be in one place!
However, if you are an exhibitor and have ordered a graphic package for your booth, please note that we will need your ready print graphics by October 15th.
